Abstract: Kolobok-N9_NV is a consensus sequence of a family of non-autonomous Kolobok transposons. The Kolobok-N9_NV transposon is characterized by 15-bp TIRs (2 mismatches) and TTAA target site duplications. Kolobok-N9_NV elements are ~6% divergent from their consensus sequence.
