Repbase Reports 7(12), 1202-1202 (2007)
Abstract:
hAT6-1N1_SP is a young non-autonomous family of hAT DNA transposons and it belongs to a novel group of hAT transposons, called hAT6, generating 6-bp target site duplications upon their insertions into chromosomal DNA. hAT6-1N1_SP is a non-autonomous deletion derivate of hAT6-1_SP.
