Title:
Eulor9C: Conserved, low-copy interspersed repeat from mammals and birds.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(8), 400-400 (2006)
Abstract:
This repeat is present in mammals and birds in >100 copies phg. It has only a short, residual secondary structure. Variations in Eulor9 subfamilies are consistent with their origin from a palindromic-like DNA transposon.
