RTE0_MD: The oldest known RTE-like family in marsupials.

Abstract:
This sequence is reconstructed from M. domestica. It is ~88% identical to RTE0_ME. The 5' end of RTE0_MD (168 bp) is ~70% identical to the internal region of L1-7_MD. The reason for this similarity is unclear.
