Repbase Reports 6(5), 257-257 (2006)
Abstract:
The genome harbors about 20 copies of LTR4_CR; they are ~90% identical to the consensus sequence. LTR4_CR is a solo LTR charcterized by 5-bp target site duplications. The LTR retrotransposon it was derived from is not known yet.
