Abstract:
There are around 1400 full or partial copies of this non-autonomous Mariner in Monodelphis domestica. The consensus sequence has nearly perfect 22 bp TIRs, and generates TA target site duplications. Average similarity to the consensus is around 90%. The consensus was was reconstructed from the June 2005 release of the 6.8X WGS sequence.
