Abstract:
LTR91_MD is probably a non-autonomous LTR element, however it has non-canonical termini TG-AA. It shares 314 bp with LTR76_MD, and has 4 bp target site duplications. The internal region corresponding to this LTR is unknown. This consensus was reconstructed from the June 2005 release of the 6.8X WGS sequence.
