Abstract:
DNANA4_MD is a non-autonomous DNA transposon with 23 bp terminal inverted repeats. The autonomous family is not identified, and there are around 6000 copies in Monodelphis. This consensus was reconstructed from the June 2005 release of the 6.8X WGS sequence.
