Repbase Reports 6(11), 567-567 (2006)
Abstract:
The genome contains ~100 copies of the Harbinger-N17_XT nonautonomous DNA transposon This family is young: transposon copies are ~5% divergent from the consensus sequence. This non-autonomous element is a deletion derivative of the autonomous Harbinger-6_XT.
