Repbase Reports 6(11), 566-566 (2006)
Abstract:
The genome contains several thousand copies of the Harbinger-N16_XT nonautonomous DNA transposon This family is relatively old: transposon copies are 5-20% divergent from the consensus sequence. This non-autonomous element shares common termini with the autonomous Harbinger-6_XT.
