Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(8), 210-210 (2005)
Abstract:
Originally annotated as a "gene" similar to MuDR like transposons (Ref 1). The authors report four different ORFs. Identification of full-length DNA transposon containing the ORFs is reported here. The transposon includes imperfect TIRs over 320 bp long. Two short ORFs were not included.
