Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are ~95% identical to the consensus. MuDR-16_CB contains 7bp-long imperfect TIRs and is flanked by 9bp target duplications. Related to MuDR-11_CB.
