Title:
MSAT-1_SP, a family of minisatellites in the sea urchin genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(6), 155-155 (2005)
Abstract:
The genome contains several hundred copies of MSAT-1_SP elements that are >90% identical to their consensus sequence. MSAT-1_SP elements are usually tandemly repeated in clusters composed of 10-50 elements. This family is composed of several subfamilies.
