Abstract:
GYPS1 is a relatively new sequence. Its LTRs are 100% identical. They begin with TG and end with TA. The sequence was extracted from partially assembled sequence 073E18, id=112 downloaded from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX (BCM-HGSC).
