Abstract: RETROFIT3 is ~69% identical to RETROFIT2 and 73% to RETROFIT It appears to have intact protein-coding ORF and there is only a single mutation between LTRs of RETROFIT3. However, similarities to other RETROFIT LTRs are lower, sometimes undetectable.
