Abstract:
MUDR1_OS is a MuDR-like mutator DNA transposon from rice. It has 421 bp terminal inverted repeats, and generates 10 bp target site duplications on insertion in the rice genome. There are at least 50 full-length copies in rice with similarity to the consensus of 98% or higher.
