Abstract:
The coding region of this Mariner transposon is interrupted; however, the presence of 25 bp TIRs and TA target site duplications suggest that this is the complete element. There are at least 1700 copies in the current assembly; similarity to the consensus of those used for reconstruction was 90%. This entry was reconstructed from the June 2005 release of the 6.8X WGS sequence.
