Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(10), 305-305 (2005)
Abstract:
The genome contains several thousand copies of EnSpm-N1_SP elements that are ~95% identical to their consensus sequence. These elements are characterized by 3-bp target site duplications and palindromic structure.
