Abstract: TE1_TP copies are ~95% identical to the consensus sequence, they are flanked by the ACATCT target site duplications (included in the consensus sequence). TE1_TP includes an internal palindrome-like element (pos. 46-160). Classification of TE1_TP is not resolved yet.
