Journal:
Repbase Reports 3:(6) p. 99 (2003)
Abstract:
There are ~100 DNA1_CI elements in the C. intestinalis genome, they are 99% identical to the consensus. DNA1_CI i flanked by 19-bp terminal inverted repeats. Putative classification: piggyBac (based on the TTAA target site duplications).
