Abstract:
Harbinger4_TP copies are ~95% identical to the consensus sequence. They are flanked by the TNA 3-bp target site duplications. This transposon has 40-bp terminal inverted repeats (1 mismatch). Harbinger4_TP encodes the 442-aa Harbinger4_TP1p transposase (pos. 298-1570) and the putative 624-aa Harbinger4_TP2p DNA binding protein (pos. 3563-1692).
