Abstract: This consensus is the 3' end of a LINE-like element. It is 66% identical at the DNA level to TX1_FR1. Copies are only 10-14% diverged from the consensus, so that TX1_FR2 is a sister lineage rather than ancestrally related to TX1_FR1.
