Abstract:
TC1_FR1 to 5 are TC1-like DNA transposon that are spread through the phylogenetic tree of the Tc1-family. Complete open reading frame from bp 148-1188. Its product is very (83%) similar to the transposase of an unreported Tc1 family in Danio rerio (not Tzf or Tdr1). On average, copies are 13% diverged from the consensus.
