Abstract:
FUROUSHA2 is closely related to FUROUSHA1, being 70% similar (DNA level) over the coding region. Their transposases are at least 58% similar. Most copies are represented by the FUROUSHA2A internal deletion product and a fragment is still missing. On average, copies are only 2.5% diverged from the consensus.
