Title:
ATREP15, a family of non-autonomous HELITRON transposons.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 1:(3) p. 35 (2001)
Abstract:
ATREP15 copies are ~95% identical to the consensus sequence. There are ~10 copies of ATREP15 in the genome. ATREP15 shares common structural features with elements from the ATREP superfamily; it is a non-autonomous derivate of HELITRON-like transposons. ATREP15 copies have been inserted into AT target sites without duplications of the sites. There are three minor subfamilies of the ATREP15 family.
