;CC   ATLINEIII is a non-LTR retrotransposon. Its individual copies are 
;CC   98% identical to the consensus sequence. There are several families
;CC   of LINEs in the A.thaliana genomes distantly related to ATLINEIII
;CC   (mutual identity is lower than 70%). The estimated number of ATLINEIII
;CC   copies per haploid genome is about 10. Putatively, ATLINEIII has
;CC   polIII-like internal promoter used by tRNA-Lys since 56 bp-long 
;CC   ATLINEIII 5'-terminus is 98% identical with tRNA-Lys. 
;CC   Two proteins are encoded by ORF1 (position 163-1623) and ORF2 
;CC   (position 1623-5168). Function and classification of the first 
;CC   protein is unclear; the second protein has conservative reverse 
;CC   transcriptase domain.
