Putatively, ATLINEIII has ;CC polIII-like internal promoter used by tRNA-Lys since 56 bp-long ;CC ATLINEIII 5'-terminus is 98% identical with tRNA-Lys. ;CC Two proteins are encoded by ORF1 (position 163-1623) and ORF2 ;CC (position 1623-5168).
