Therefore this element has ;CC been inserted in the genome relatively long time ago; the same ;CC is cofmirmed by multiple stop codons disrupting three ORFs, which ;CC encode remnants of the ATHILA ORF1-like protein, reverse ;CC transcriptase and a hypothetical protein, correspondingly. ;CC Interestingly, there is one proviral copy of a very young ;CC retrovirus (AB005248, positions 24125-35848) that has LTRs and ;CC internal portion 91% and 93% identical to ATHILA7LTR and ATHILA7_I, ;CC correspondingly.
