;CC   Only two copies of ATENSPM11 are present in the A. thaliana genome,
;CC   they are 95% identical to each other. The second copy is harbored
;CC   by chromosome 4 and it is severly damaged by two long deletions.
;CC   The first copy, deposited in Repbase, has been inserted recently into
;CC   ATHILA7LTR copy, it is flanked by the GAT target site duplication.
;CC   ATENSPM11 has 29-bp imperfect terminal inverted repeats and encodes 
;CC   an En/Spm-like transposase by several exons. Some of them are damaged
