;CC   It has 12-bp terminal inverted repeats and is flanked by 3-bp
;CC   target site duplication. Harbinger and En/Spm are two known classes 
;CC   of autonomous DNA transposons whose transposases generate 3-bp target
;CC   site duplications in the A. thaliana genome. However, its unlikely
;CC   that ATDNA12T3A belongs to one of these classes since it has
;CC   completely different terminal inverted repeats.
;CC   This particular copy was found as an insertion into a copy of 
;CC   of the ATHILA6 retrovirus (chromosome 3). A second, 87% identical,
