The only proviral copy ;CC is without the 5' LTR; approximately 1 kb of the internal portion ;CC is also lost. The 3' LTR is in place, we identified it based on ;CC a 95% identity to its copy present in AC023279. ;CC ATCOPIA85_I encodes remnants of the ATCOPIA85p copia-like ;CC polyprotein. The ORF which encodes ATCOPIA85p does not have ;CC false stop codons.
