Abstract:
>98% identical to the consensus. TIRs are 22-bp long. Pos 5126 to pos 5812 contains decayed coding sequences for a Mariner Tpase, with 62% identical to Mariner-1_OT_1p. It also potentially encode other uncharacterized proteins.
