Abstract: ~95% identical to consensus. 5'-terminus is uncertain. It shows similarity to Polinton-1_DY. Two insertions similar to Helitron-N1_DEl are excluded from the consensus. This consensus sequence was derived from the data released in Genbank by the Baylor College of Medicine Human Genome Sequencing Center, prior to publication.
