Abstract: This consensus is generated from 30 sequences with >93% identity. It is an outgroup of the L2 clade in the RTclass1 phylogeny, but the statistical support is weak. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Human Genome Sequencing Center at Baylor College of Medicine: the acorn worm genome.
