Abstract:
This consensus is generated from 9 sequences with >92% identity. This family is specifically inserted into U2 small nuclear RNA genes at the same site. Related families have been reported as L1-53_XT, L1-54_XT, L1-55_XT, and L1-56_XT. It appears to generate no target site duplications. 5'-truncated.
