Abstract: Positions [1689-2210] - Integrase core LTRs are 98% similar to each other. The original sequence included Gypsy-31_BG-LTR insertion in opposite orientation in its ORF. The LTR was deleted and the ORF restored. Therefore, the sequence is processed and listed as "conensus".
