Abstract:
This is a short, non-autonomous retrovirus. Very young, probably active in the population. >98% identical to consensus. This consensus sequence was derived from the sequence data produced by the Genome Sequencing Center at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, obtained from ftp://genome.wustl.edu/pub/organism/Other_Vertebrates/Choloepus_hoffmanni.
