Abstract: ~76% identical to consensus. TSDs are TA. 12-bp perfect TIRs. The 5' 60 bp are >93% identical to TIGGER7, and the 3' 96 bp are ~92% identical to TIGGER7N1_MD. Internal sequence is distinct from MER44s and TIGGER7.
