Title:
Integrated Caulimovirus-like sequence from Sorghum bicolor.

Repbase Reports 10(4), 555-555 (2010)
Abstract:
This is similar to a partial sequence of Caulimovirus. This sequence is sometimes tandemly inserted, but the coding regions of reverse transcriptase and RNase H are lost. Probably circular (sub)genomic DNA of Caulimovirus is integrated into the genome. Several copies show >98% sequence identity. The 5' 540-bp and 3' 991-bp are >97% identical to those of CAULIV-1B_SBi.
