Title:

Abstract:
This is a small group of Caulimovirus-like sequence. Unlike a close relative CAULIV-1B_SBi, this consensus encodes a reverse transcriptase domain. The 5' 511-bp and 3' 917-bp are >97% identical to those of CAULIV-1B_SBi. There are only 8 copies with >90% sequence identity in the Sorghum bicolor genome.
