Abstract:
Composite of LTR region of two independent LTR retrotransposon insertions that are 97.1% identical at the DNA level, including LTRs and 98.4% identical excluding LTRs. LTRs from each element are 99.9% and 100% identical, respectively. Related to Ram4 from M. truncatula. LTRs flanked by 5 bp target site duplications.
