Abstract:
GmGYPSY11 is a consensus sequence related to Gypshan4 from Medicago truncatula.The GmGYPSY11 consensus sequence was generated based on an alignment of 13 full-length unannotated copies in Genbank. The gag-pol open reading frame extends into 196 bp into the 3' LTR (which is included).
