Title:
RTEX non-LTR Retrotransposons from the starlet sea anemone genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 9(3), 724-724 (2009)
Abstract:
This non-LTR retrotransposon belongs to the RTEX clade, a sister clade of RTEs. Contrary to RTEs, RTEX elements code for the ORF1 protein that contains the esterase domain, similar to ORF1 in some families of CR1 and L2.
