Abstract: 23% subst. Pos 1-2380 were not derived for this subfamily and are taken from CR1-X1. Pos 2380 to en are 84% identical to CR1-X1_Pass. CR1-X2 may be ancestral to X1. Despite its high substitution level, the subfamily's copies are absent at ortholgous sites in chicken.
