Abstract: Harbinger-3_VV (Pifvine-3 in [1]) is an autonomous DNA transposon from Vitis vinifera. Individual copies are more than 90% similar to their consensus. Elements are flanked by 3 bp-long target site duplications. Harbinger-3_VV has 23 bp-long terminal inverted repeat.
