Abstract:
Harbinger-1_VV (Pifvine-1 in [1]) is an autonomous DNA transposon from Vitis vinifera. Individual copies are 95% similar to their consensus. Elements are flanked by 3 bp-long target site duplications. Harbinger-1_VV has 20 bp-long terminal inverted repeat.
