Abstract: This is an internal portion of Copia29-VV LTR retrotransposon from Vitis vinifera. Individual copies are ~90% similar to their consensus. LTRs, deposited as Copia29-VV_LTR, are 94% similar to each other. Target site duplications are 5-bp long and some contain point mutations.
