Title:
hAT-1_NV - a family of autonomous DNA transposons from the starlet sea anemone genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 7(7), 586-586 (2007)
Abstract:
hAT-1_NV is flanked by 16-bp TIRs (2 mismatches) and encodes a ~700-aa transposase. The transposase contains the ZnF_TTF zinc finger domain (aa pos. 50-125). hAT-1N_NV is a family of non-autonomous transposons derived from hAT-1_NV.
