Abstract:
Harbinger-N4A_NV is a consensus sequence of a subfamily of the non-autonomous Harbinger-N4_NV. This subfamiliy is relatively old; its copies are ~7% divergent from the consensus sequence. The Harbinger-N4A_NV transposon is characterized by 30-bp imperfect TIRs and TWA target site duplications.
