Title:
haT-type repetitive family from freshwater planarian Schmidtea mediterranea.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 7(10), 1035-1035 (2007)
Abstract:
This planarian DNA transposon has ~15 bp-long TIRs flanked by 8 bp-long TSDs and encodes a protein distantly related to Tam3-transposase from a snapgragon Antirrhinum majus. Otherwise it shows little similarity to other hAT families.
