Abstract:
The complete sequence is present in very low number and rarely of full length. The sequence has characteristics of MuDr transposon in terms of TIRs as well as an ORF containing completely intact MuDr class transposase. Also this sequence has another ORF in antisense, an another feature of MuDr type transposons. Also the sequence is flanked by 9 bp TSD, rich in poly-T.
